Practice Schedule
Practice for the 2007-08 season is on Thursday nights. Players should be dressed and ready in the locker room by at 8:15 PM. FREEZE ice time begins at 8:30 PM and ends at 9:45 PM. Want more ice time for practice? Consider Stick N' Shoot on Friday and Sunday afternoons. Want more game time? Consider Adult League or C League. Drop in & Practice with the FREEZE
Women hockey players are welcome to drop-in and practice with the FREEZE for $15 per session. Sorry, no drop ins on Thursdays before a game. Click here for our game schedule.

Try Women's Hockey
Women who are interested but have never played hockey should enroll in either the Learn-To-Skate or Hockey 101 class at the Eccles Ice Center. If you would like "try-on" hockey, consider Gear Up! Hockey or contact one of the FREEZE captains to try-on hockey at a Stick N' Shoot.
